Through a partnership with the San Francisco Entertainment Commission and WillCall, the Office of Economic and Workforce Development is producing a series of events to connect the nightlife and technology communities.

The first “Nightlife and New Tech” event was held on October 7, 2013. “Nightlife and New Tech: The Future of Going Out in San Francisco” brought together leaders in nightlife and tech for a panel discussion about improving the experience of going out in San Francisco. The second event, held on February 4, 2014, united a panel of music and tech insiders for a lively discussion about the state of the music scene in San Francisco.
